Fitout of Georgian Buildings in Pembroke Road
- All Systems completed a fitout of this 37,625 sq ft business centre in Dublin City comprising 85 no. offices, 6 no. tea stations, 5 no. meeting rooms, 1 no. conference area and support facilities, 2 no. comms rooms and 1 no. lounge. The project entailed the erection of offices; installation of bespoke joinery; wiring of lighting, power, data, access control and fire alarm; replacement of water storage facilities; mechanical works including air conditioning and plumbing / heating works ; complete redecoration and associated works; refurbishment of reception and installation of contemporary woven vinyl flooring.
- We continue to work in this centre undertaking such works as: extensive repairs following a break in; demolition of individual offices to create larger office areas; redecoration of all public spaces, general maintenance.
Installation of Glass Splash Backs
Regus recently changed their specifications for their tea stations which required the installation of coloured glass splashbacks to 6 of their tea stations in the Harcourt Business Centre. All Systems sought a solution that did not require the existing splashbacks to be removed and this significantly reduced both the cost and the disruption to our client. The works were successfully completed during normal working hours.
Repair Flood Damage on First Floor
- Following a power outage on the 1st floor of the Ballsbridge Business Centre, we discovered a flood emanating from the toilets. All Systems employed a drain company to both inspect and clear the maindrains to the building (and noted some significant issues from the landlord side) and undertook remedial works to pipework within the premises and replaced the damaged buzzbar and fittings within the floor void. We were able to dry out and clean up the water quickly with our response time of less than 2 hours and thus ensure no further damage was caused to the rest of the premises.
- We provide a callout service to Regus to deal with issues as they arise. These range from repairing data ports and power points; rectifying drainage problems; carrying out joinery repairs, cleaning up after flood problems; to name but a few.
