Scope of Works:

Stripout and refurbishment of existing Entrance Lobby and Reception of College Park House. The building remained Live throughout though tenants were able to occasionally use alternative access. Works entailed:

• Alterations and extension of the existing Mechanical systems- HVAC, Plumbing and drainage
• Alterations and extension of the existing Electrical installation to include General services, Lighting, Data, power, Access Control, Fire Alarm, LED lighting
• Installation of feature wall finishes to include Living Walls and timber linings
• Bespoke joinery to include Reception desk
• Installation of large format Porcelain tile flooring
• New Plasterboard feature ceilings
• Feature LED strip lighting
• Installation of Branding package to include manifestations & signage
• Furniture

The project was successfully completed in 4 weeks which was tight enough given the level of finishes and tight work area
