Summary of Project:

All Systems was selected for the fitout of a new Yeah Burgr on Dyer St, Downtown Drogheda, Co. Louth. The project comprises of the interconnection of units 21-24 and the fit-out of all units as a restaurant.

The main items of builders works involved the demolition of the existing retail fitouts and interconnection of the 3 units full fit out of the unit inclusive of the installation of fitted kitchen and back of house preparation facilities, new toilets, and restaurant seating area with exposed soffit and services. Externally the works included the installation of signage, (by others), lighting & decoration.

Scope of Works:

• Demolition of all existing finishes, services and interconnecting walls.
• New suspended ceilings to Kitchen/Back of house.
• Installation of partitions to form new rooms.
• New mechanical and electrical installations.
• WC installation.
• Commercial Kitchen installation with cold & dry storage
• Installation of floor & wall finishes to include tiling, vinyl and brick slips.
• Installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Provision of new joinery details & general decoration.
• External signage and decoration
